three-phase motor driver
fabricated by a 500V high voltage
SOI (Silicon On Insulator) process.
This driver contains level shift
high-side driver, low-side driver,
IGBT's, free-wheel diodes,
protective functions for over-
current, under-voltage protection
circuits and thermal shutdown
circuit.
