GENERAL DESCRIPTION
IR1011 is the world smallest mid-infrared quantum photo diode, made of InSb. This surface
mount type sensor can be operated at room temperature, and applicable to human body
detection, non-contacting temperature measurement, and NDIR gas sensor.
