General Description
The XE88LC08 is an ultra low-power microcontroller unit
(MCU) associated with a versatile analog-to-digital con-
verter (ADC).
XE88LC08 is available with on chip Multiple-Time-Pro-
grammable (MTP) Flash program memory and ROM.
Applications
• Internet connected appliances
• Portable, battery operated instruments
• Piezoresistive bridge sensors
• HVAC control
• Motor control

• Low-voltage low-power controller operation
• 2 MIPS at 2.4 V to 5.5 V supply voltage

• 11 kByte (4 kInstruction) MTP, 520 Byte RAM
• RC and crystal oscillators
• 5 reset, 16 interrupt, 8 event sources
• 100 years MTP Flash retention at 55°C
• Pin compatible with XE88LC01
