Features
z Built-in 4ch H bridge driver, and PWM control
of load drive voltage is made possible by
external components.
z DC-DC converter control circuit on chip.
z With inverted reset output pin.
z Empty detection level can be switched between
rechargeable battery and dry battery.
z Constant current charging; amount of current
can be varied by external resistor.
z Built-in power transistor for charging.
z Built-in independent thermal shutdown circuit
z Package : QFP-44
General Description
ML1538 driver IC contains a 4ch H bridge driver and DC-DC converter control circuit, and was
developed for portable CD players. The package in use is QFP-44, making it ideal for smaller set.
