DESCRIPTION
This Power MOSFET is the latest development of
SGS-THOMSON unique ”Single Feature Size
strip-based process.The resulting transistor
shows extremely high packing density for low on-
resistance, rugged avalanche characteristics and
less critical alignment steps therefore a remark-
able manufacturing reproducibility.
