BU94705AKV are MP3 encoder + WAV/AAC/WMA/MP3
decoder IC which contains program download function
from external serial Flash ROM and contains USB host,
SD card I/F, CD-ROM I/F, audio DAC, system controller,
regulator for internal CORE power supply.
