8Bit M icrocontroller with ADC
General Description
The 0. is an 8 bit RISC high performance microcontroller with 15bit A/D converter. It is equipped
with 2K word OTP(One Time Programmable) ROM, 128 Bytes RAM, Timer/Counter, Interrupt, LVR(Low
Voltage Reset), I/O port, comparator and PWM output in a single chip.
1. Feature
z ROM size: 2K x 16 bits
z Interrupt events:
z RAM: 51 x 8 bits(Special Purpose Register)
(a) External interrupt (PA7~PA0).
+ 128 x 8 (General Purpose Register)
(b) Internal timer/event counter interrupt
z STACK: 8 Levels
(TM0~TM4, PWM1, PWM2).
z One instruction is built by two systems
(c) ADC end of conversion interrupt
clock.
(d) Comparators compare result activated
z Reset mode:
interrupt.
(a) Power-On reset
z I/O port: 29 pins
(b) Low voltage reset
z 4 Comparator sets which are shared pin with I/O
(c) RESETB/PB2 (if be set as reset pin) input
port
a negative pulse.
z PWM: two channels with 8 bit x 8 bit resolution
(d) Watchdog timer count overflow reset
z ADC: max 15-bit and 12 channels, at least
z Dual Clock Mode

z Timer/counter: 5 units count up counter.

- TM2: 8-bit, PWM1(Duty) & Timer
z 500O :500KHZ Clock Out (Adjustable)
- TM3: 8-bit, PWM2(Period) & Timer.
z CLO : System Clock Out
- TM4: 8-bit, PWM2(Duty) & Timer.
z Operating voltage range
- TO : PWM2 cycle/2 output
2.2V ~ 5.5V
z Watchdog Timer: On chip WDT is based on
z Operating temperature range
an internal RC oscillator (for WDT used
-40 ℃ ~ + 85
only). Have 8 period can be selected. User
can extend the WDT overflow period by 2
using prescaler.
