Description
Sanken SZ-10 series devices are power zener diodes
designed for the protection of automotive electronic
units from especially the surge generated during load
dump conditions, voltage transients induced by
inductive loads. The package of the IC has high
dissipation and high surge capability.

● In the event of using the Sanken Products by either (i) combining other products or materials therewith or (ii) physically,

● No anti-radioactive ray design has been adopted for the Sanken Products.
